PRODAT UFLOW

Access & subscription

PRODAT UFLOW is provided by PRODAT under a subscription model. Access is typically granted by PRODAT for measurement systems and sensors assigned to your account.

Self-registration is possible but requires approval by PRODAT before sign-in is enabled.

Browser permissions & requirements

UFLOW runs entirely in your browser. Depending on the workflow you use, the browser will ask for the following permissions. Nothing is accessed without your explicit confirmation.

• Serial port access (Web Serial)required

  To talk to the PRODAT SENET gateway / basestation connected via USB. You pick the port yourself in the browser dialog.

• Location (geolocation)optional

  Only used when you press "Use browser location" to store device coordinates in hardware or show them on the map.

• Clipboard writeoptional

  Used when copying log entries, frames or diagnostic snapshots to the clipboard.

• Local storage & downloadsrequired

  Keeps your session, workflow settings and offline activity queue; exports of logs and reports are saved as file downloads.

• Notificationsoptional

  Only if you enable them — used for long-running workflow results and connection alerts.

Web Serial requires a Chromium-based desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera) over a secure HTTPS connection. You can revoke any permission at any time via the padlock icon in the address bar.
